Large Format Printing Chicago — Banners, Posters, and Trade Show Graphics

TFA Signs operates large-format printing equipment in-house at our Chicago shop on N Kedzie Ave, producing vinyl banners, posters, adhesive graphics, rigid signs, and trade show displays with fast turnaround. Because printing happens in our own facility, we control quality, color accuracy, and schedule — rush jobs can often be accommodated.

Vinyl banners are the workhorse of large-format printing: 13oz or 18oz scrim vinyl with hemmed edges and grommets, printed with UV-stable inks that hold color outdoors for years. We print banners from 2-foot table runners up to building-wrap scale, with wind slits and reinforced corners for Chicago rooftop and fence installations. Mesh banner material is available for windy locations like construction fences and parking garages.

Rigid substrate printing covers coroplast yard signs, PVC and foam board interior signs, aluminum composite (ACM/Dibond) exterior panels, and acrylic prints. Adhesive vinyl printing produces window graphics, wall murals, floor graphics with anti-slip laminate, and vehicle graphics — all cut to shape on our CNC and plotter equipment.

Trade show printing includes retractable banner stands, tension fabric displays, backdrop walls, and table throws — delivered to McCormick Place or shipped to your venue (Chicago-based; ask about coverage outside Chicagoland). We color-match to brand standards and archive your artwork so reorders are exact.

Printing Pricing
