TFA Signs completed a pan face replacement for Curis at 1442 W Belmont Avenue, Chicago, IL 60657. Working with FASTSIGNS on Ohio Street, our team handled permitting, fabrication, removal of the existing face, and installation of the replacement.

Completed on September 16, 2026, the project brought together the behind-the-scenes preparation and on-site work needed to deliver the new sign face at this Chicago location.

A Complete Replacement Scope

Replacing a sign face requires coordination between production and installation. For the Curis project, TFA Signs managed the following:

  • Securing permits for the signage work

  • Fabricating the replacement pan face

  • Removing the existing sign face

  • Installing the new face at the Belmont Avenue property

From Fabrication to Installation

The replacement pan face was fabricated for the Curis location before being installed on site. Our installation work included removing the previous face and fitting the new one, completing the physical update to the signage.
